RESERVATIONS AND ADVANCED ONLINE TICKET PURCHASE:

• Reservations and advanced ticket purchase for events are strongly advised. Many of our events sell out ahead of time and some locations require the names of attendees in advance.
• Ticket purchases are available online through this website. Online purchases are highly recommended in all cases - it is safe, secure and much faster and easier for everybody concerned, especially for you, the ticket purchaser.
• To make a reservation and to purchase your tickets online, please sign up on this website, by clicking on the desired event and following the Buy Ticket prompts all the way through the transaction process.
• All available information regarding event location, timing, Speaker information, content etc. is provided ahead of time on this website.
• No events are held at the club office address listed above.

MEMBER and Non-MEMBER TICKET PRICING:

• Member pricing applies to HBS Club of Ottawa members only.
• All guests and nonmembers will be charged the listed non-member price, where applicable.
• At members-only events, no one who is not an HBS Club of Ottawa member will be admitted.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• The Club generally cannot offer refunds as we incur significant up front costs to book venues and catering.
• The HBS Club of Ottawa reserves the right to cancel any event. In any such cases, notice will be given in advance wherever possible and refunds will be issued.
