Event sponsorship opportunities for the HBS Club of Ottawa and the 2008 Centennial Seminar are now available.

Benefits.
2008 Centennial Seminar sponsorships offer:

  1. An excellent opportunity to convey your marketing message to the top leaders in the business, government and academic sectors within a learning-intensive environment over the course of an entire working day.
  2. A unique opportunity for you to distinguish your organization from the competition, by providing complementary seminar tickets to important customers and/or prospects. Up to five (5) complementary seminar tickets are available with a Platinum-level sponsorship.
  3. Access to the unmatched local and global network of leaders that is comprised of HBS Alumni/ae.
  4. Positive associations with both HBS and the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO). 

Sponsorship Options. 
The available levels of sponsorship are as follows:

  1. Gold @ $2,500: this includes featured website sponsorship presence on the hbsottawa website for six months [see Note 2 below] (i.e. until November 1st 2008), featured sponsorship presence at the actual Centennial Seminar event [see Note 1 below] on June 18th, complementary seminar registration for two (2) people, plus a charitable receipt from CHEO for $2,250.
  2.  Silver @ $1,000: this includes featured website sponsorship presence on the hbsottawa website for three months [see Note 2 below] (i.e. until August 1st 2008), featured sponsorship presence at the actual Centennial Seminar event [see Note 1 below]on June 18th, complementary seminar registration for one (1) person plus a charitable receipt from CHEO for $875.

Notes:

  1. The National Gallery does not accept wall- or ceiling-mounted banners, so we will provide stands to display physical banners to be provided by the sponsoring organization, including the sponsor’s name in association with the HBS and CHEO logos. Further information on physical banner specifications is available upon request. 
  2. Seminar participants will be motivated to return to the hbsottawa website on a frequent recurring basis prior to the Centennial seminar, both initially for registration and subsequentl for access to pre-reading materials and access to the online discussion forums.
