Just a reminder that the winter meeting of the Harvard Book Club will take place on Monday evening, January 28th, at 7:30 p.m. at 250 Daly Street. The subject of the winter meeting will be Doris Lessin, this year's winner of the nobel Prize for Literature. And our focus will be her most successful novel, The Golden Notebook, recently reissued in a new paperback edition. This novel is quite long, and all are welcome, even those who have not read the book.
